	publisher & editor Monica Graaff An MBA graduate of the GSB with over 20 years of experience in publishing and journalism. She has worked on Business Day, Financial Mail, the Cape Times and the Sunday Times. Monica also successfully launched, published and edited Out THERE magazine, which won 32 industry awards for editorial excellence while she was at its helm. She has total editorial independence as befits a serious publication.
	associate editor Kevin Davie A journalist for 25 years, he has helped shape many of the country's leading newspapers. He was at the Rand Daily Mail when it closed, Business Day when it started, Business Times when it needed to be refocused and energised and ThisDay when it started and faltered. A Nieman Fellow, he also co-founded online stockbroking in South Africa and was a pioneer web publisher at WOZA. Davie has worked on dailies, weeklies, a monthly, online and in digital video. He is currently a consulting business editor at the Mail & Guardian and spends his free time paddling, trail running and mountain biking.
	publishing assistant Lyzzette September Since joining Ince (Pty) Ltd in 2001, Lyzzette has project managed the launch and annual publishing of the Environment Diary, a resource aimed at junior school children to help them understand the environment and plan their lives. She is now publishing assistant of a new custom publishing arm of Ince Western Cape Region and is project managing the launch of Mindshift and future publications planned down the line.
	design team design infestation A small studio of six adventurers situated in Gardens Cape Town, Design Infestation don't just lay out pages, they compose them. With their experience and training in graphic communication, the white page is their frontier. This love for what they do has brought them many awards with the latest being two finalist places for best design and winner best design at the South African Publishing Forum.
